With the exception of holders of a valid Cambodian passport and nationals of Malaysia and the Philippines, everybody needs a visa to enter Cambodia.
You can get your visa upon arrival at Cambodia's airports as well as most of the country's border checkpoints, however, this procedure may be time-intensive, depending on the queue of other applicants.
All those who consider time an issue should therefore get their visa beforehand from the Cambodian embassy to their home country (for the list see below) or, brand new, by online application with Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation.
