A poor water. With high levels for bottled water of Al, P, Zn, Fe and Mn. over 7mg/l each. (off a 2006 bottle) I am sure these high levels of odd minerals don't help the bitter metallic taste.

Nice soft taste to the still and softly carbonated on the sparkling, most enjoyable and will buy again.
