There are many excellent ressources on the internet. I cannot (and don't want to) link to all of them, but I would like to point out a few highlights (IMHO).
The Natural Hydration Council has been established by Nestle Waters, Danone Waters and Highland Spring to communicate facts about bottled water.
Water was often transported in terracotta jugs. A very comprehensive page on the wide variety of jugs is http://www.mineralwasserkruege.de.
Collectors
Below are a few addresses of collectors, either for labels, or for labels and bottles. I am sure they would be delighted if you could send them a few labels or bottles (as would I, especially if you find labels of waters that I don't have in my list.)
